Yelp pictures do not justify how delicious the food at this place is. I also want to include Carlos, who prepared our food and turned out so so good. I highly recommend trying out their white melted queso. The rest of the staff members greeted us and were helpful too. Thanks!

We stopped here for a quick dinner after driving to Atlanta from South Carolina. We were tired and just wanted to grab something fast that was tasty near our hotel.
This place was disappointing and just plain gross. First of all, the restaurant wasn't clean. The floors needed desperately to be swept up and the food prep area looked pretty awful too. Then they got our order wrong. I've never seen someone in a restaurant chain like this waste so much food. One of the guys prepping the food was just taking huge handfuls of whatever the ingredient was and dumping it on the food. They put a huge amount of rice on my kiddo's quesadilla. WTH?
Anyway, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. -

I have no real complaints regarding the food at willy's. Of course it is a complete injustice to authentic Mexican cuisine, but other than that it's a good spot to get a decent burrito. These three stars are assigned to this specific location. Every time I go there I'm am the recipient of seemingly endless flirting or I'm stared at without any hint of a smile or joy in life- both from the employees there. Makes me not want to go back but the location is convenient and the food is, once again, not bad. On my last visit when my friend was ordering she was stopped multiple times to answer questions like "how old are you, where do you go to school," from the man making her burrito. My friend and I are in high school and this made us very uncomfortable. Looking forward to when I move out of the area and I find another convenient place to eat.

This used to be a good place to eat. For about a year after their remodel, this location was a favorite of mine. Last night, I had the worst burrito I ever ate. Ever. Food quality was bad. Steak tasted old & chewy. All the ingredients lacked flavor. The person ringing me up put everything in a to go bag. He didn't even ask if it was for here or to go. Then, the tray he gave me was soaking wet. The when he grabbed my cup for drink, it fell over and he grabbed it and placed his fingers inside the cup (so I intentionally dropped it on the floor and grabbed another cup of my own). The salsa bar was a wreck as there was straw in one salsa and a lime in another and had obviously not been attended to in hours. The entire floor was dirty with chips and trash, as was most tables. The staff could have not cared less.

I usually love Willy's but this was the worst experience ever. My friends burrito was dripping with oil and grease. It was extremely juicy and weird tasting. My friend used some of the mild tomato sauce and there was a rubber band in it but none of the workers seemed to care. My friend then threw it away and continued to eat. She told me that her stomach hurt a lot after she finished her food. When we used the restroom, there where poop stains all over the toilet and floor. It looked like someone took their hand and wiped their bumb and smeared it everywhere. There was hair in the sink and made me gag. The workers were severely inexperienced and rude. My friend observed that her burrito was lacking meat and asked for more. Instead of giving her more pork, he gave her meat juice from the bottom of the container and completely ignored her request and avoided the meat. The pork seemed dry and almost crunchy to my other friend. When my she took a bite of the burrito, it crunched then dripped all down her face and elbows. The worker wrapped the burrito twice with tinfoil because it was dripping too much. He gave us dirty looks as well. The lemonade machines were dripping and leaking everywhere but none of the workers paid any attention to it. Once we got home from eating soggy burritos, my friend threw up multiple times and then went right to sleep. Overall terrible experience and do not recommend. This place is nasty and needs to be fixed immediately before there is a serious problem. I do not wish this experience upon my worst enemy.
